BUTLER LAND USE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTS APPROVAL FOR  NON-CONFORMING USE CERTIFICATE

The Borough of Butler, Land Use Board, voted unanimously to grant issuance of a certificate of non-conformance to a local property owner, to allow the continued occupancy of residential property, as a multi-family dwelling.  At hearing, David C. The applicant/property owner, was represented by David C. Dixon, Esq., of the firm of Feeney & Dixon, LLC, Pompton Plains, NJ.
